Using our Modular Bakery System, you are able to produce different types of bread, both free-standing and tin breads. Capacities can range from anywhere between 500 kg/hour to 5.000kg/hour.

Typical configuration

A typical Modular Bakery System to produce bread products consists of multiple Proofer Sections, multiple Oven Modules and a cooling solution, with potential automation using our Loading/Unloading modules. Depending on the type of bread produced, either our standard Cooling and Deepcooling Sections can be incorporated, or we can incorporate our Vacuum Cooling solution.

This customer came to us wanting to produce a variety of tin bread.

Using 4 Proofer Sections, each holding 2 racks, 7 Oven Modules and a double chamber Vacuum Cooler, this customer is able to produce upwards of 4.000 loafs per hour.

As this customer is active in a growing market, the System is able to be expanded in the future, to a production capacity of approximately 6.000 loafs per hour.
